Nurse's Office

The Nurse's office is located near the main entrance of Litchfield Middle School.  Students that need to see the nurse should get a pass from their teachers.

Medication Procedure

Parents should make every effort to schedule students' medication regime at home.  However, we recognize that this may not always be possible.  Please follow the following procedure:

Prescription Medication requires the following:

A written note from the physician.  Note: THE PRESCRIPTION LABEL IS NOT A WRITTEN ORDER.  The note may be delivered by the parent/guardian with the properly labeled medication, or faxed to the Nurse's office.  Our fax number is 424-1296.
